We routinely complete projects of varying size and complexity involving all of the major manufacturers and furniture systems. Our Dealer clients find that they can rely on our experienced job foremen to take responsibility for their projects starting with the pre-installation meeting through the receiving and installation phases to completion and punch list. Our staff will bid your job, schedule it, organize and dispatch the crew, coordinate the associated delivery of product (whether shipped direct from the manufacturer or utilizing our warehouse), track the process and finally invoice the project using our custom designed operating software system. This system allows us to put all of the information about a given job in one electronic file and associates every aspect of the job to that file including items such as special jobsite conditions, job phasing, coordination with other trades, direct deliveries, warehoused product, stored product, or any other required information. This system allows us to quickly answer your queries regarding job status, or add and/or update information as ever changing conditions may dictate.
We are very familiar with special jobsite conditions that require more sophisticated planning such as using Gradall lifts or Cranes where elevator service is not available or is not practical. We routinely coordinate our efforts with major contracting concerns such as DPR, Swinerton and Wallberg, Dinwiddie-Hathaway, Web-Cor and others. We know how to access the difficult buildings in San Francisco and Oakland that require special trucks and/or equipment for receiving. We maintain working relationships with all of the major property management firms in our service area. We can handle any custom requirement that your project may entail.
We are experienced with all of the systems that have been in use over that last 25 years and are certified in systems for the following manufacturers: Affordable Interior Systems, Allsteel, Aurora, Haworth, Herman Miller, Kimball, Knoll, Steelcase, Teknion, and Trendway.
Warehousing and blanket wrap delivery of systems and casegoods product
We professionally accommodate your warehousing and delivery requirements. Our 58,000 square foot Warehouse Facility utilizes 7 loading docks for incoming deliveries and 5 loading docks for outgoing deliveries. It is fully racked for maximum efficiency.
Our facility is outfitted with an alarm system for theft and fire protection and is equipped with a sprinkler system. Our custom software operating system allows us to tie your products to a specific job or jobs, separate for phasing, or consolidate for delivery and/or installation. It allows you to view the product we have received, noted damages, and stored pending the delivery. We can handle your warehousing and delivery needs whether it is one piece or multi-truckloads.
Prefabricated demountable wall system installation
Observing the trend in Office Environments toward the use of more Prefabricated Wall Systems we began an effort starting in the year 2003 to expand our capabilities, training, and expertise in the installation of floor-to-ceiling walls, partitions, and office fronts. This has resulted in positioning us as a trusted vendor for the major manufacturers and dealers of these products. We have invested in the training, certification, and equipment necessary to greatly expand our experience and qualifications and are now certified to install the following wall products: Dirtt Wall and Dirtt Stick Built Wall, Haworth Lifescape and Enclose wall, Herman Miller M Wall and V Wall, KI Wall and Genius Wall, Steelcase Privacy Wall, and Trendway Wall.
Furniture and chair repair and service
We perform these services at your site or at our facility. Contact us with any of your repair requirements and we can provide an estimate. We also are qualified to perform many of the Factory Warranty repairs.
Custom Scribing and Cutting
We have the capability to scribe, cut, or alter various worksurfaces, panels, end panels, etc. to accommodate special jobsite conditions or custom requirements. These can often be done on site or may be done in the shop area of our facility. We also provide and install “Doggie Doors” as needed to access electrical and/or communication cables.
On site panel reupholstery
We are equipped and staffed to reupholster panel systems on site or in our shop.
Panel and chair cleaning
We provide panel and chair cleaning services, either on site or in our shop, utilizing the CFR (Continuous Fluid Recovery) system which recovers 95% of the cleaning fluid used in the cleaning process, which minimizes drying and thus down time. This is an environmentally friendly cleaning process using non-petroleum based cleaning products.
Product inventories
We provide on site Product Inventories for stored and/or standing product.
Customer Storage
Our Warehouse includes a fully racked section dedicated to the Storage of the customer's product. In addition, we have portable racking that can be assembled for high density shorter term storage. We provide product inventories and can be counted on to assist in the management of the asset as required to maximize the efficient storage and use of the product.
Touchup
We provide on site or in shop wood and metal touchup and restoration services as may be required for one piece or an entire project.
